CHARTER OF 

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY SRINAGAR STUDENT BRANCH 

An Authorized Student Branch of 

ASHRAE Sponsored by India  

This Student Branch is established for the purpose of advancing the arts and sciences of HVAC&R to serve humanity and promote a sustainable world. This Student Branch shall be governed by the provisions of the branch Constitution, Bylaws and Rules of the Board. It shall be operated in the manner prescribed by the Society’s Operational Guide for Student Branches. Only ASHRAE student members in good standing shall be eligible to become and remain members of this Branch.This Branch Charter is revocable by action of the Board of Directors taken pursuant to the Society’s Bylaws and Rules of the Board.
