Water Recources Management Centre (WRMC):
Water Resources Management Centre(WRMC) is a central facility that has been developed by the Faculty of Civil Engineering, as early as in 1983. It was established under a Scheme of then Ministry of Education, Govt. of India for creation of infrastructure in the areas of emerging technology.
Department of Civil Engineering has contributed appreciably through this Centre in the field of Water Resources Engineering, despite all odds. The Centre is sufficiently equipped with the necessary instruments and laboratory facilities required for imparting necessary training/ instructions to the students at Undergraduate and Post-graduate levels, in addition of undertaking other related Research and Consultancy Projects.
